Your Wedding Experience

the day before

Your weekend wedding experience begins when you get the keys Thursday evening.

You and your wedding party can move into the farmhouse for the weekend. The four bedroom farmhouse sleeps 10 comfortably. You then have ample time to decorate the barn exactly how you want it. Possibly the hardest decision will be choosing where to have the ceremony and where to have the reception.

Between the rustic upstairs of the barn, the downstairs cocktail area, the covered area and the outside patio, and the lawn, there are many options for your ceremony and reception depending on the weather and your vision. Tables and chairs are included for your event. The rest is up to your dreams and imagination of how you picture your special day. There are amazing decorators in our area to help you out if you choose, or you are free to do it yourself.

the day of

The day of the wedding, there are separate areas designed for both the bride and the groom.

The girls have their own room in the farmhouse with two salon chairs for her and her bridesmaids to have their hair done and vanities and mirrors to get ready. The guys have their own space in our restored summer kitchen to get ready and relax in.

The property has many amazing photo opportunities with swings, stone walls, rustic buildings, a gazebo, a bridge, a koi fountain and stunning scenery all around.

post ceremony

After your ceremony, the downstairs works as an amazing place to have cocktail hour while pictures are being taken or preparing for the reception to begin.

There is a bar downstairs along with a glass bar top covering the troughs where the goldfish are swimming. There are two large glass garage door that open and makes the downstairs area and outside patio a large indoor/outdoor space, which is perfect for cocktail hour.

The reception can be held upstairs in the large open space or out in the covered area or patio. All areas have new electrical service for DJs or bands to set up. There is a catering prep area for your caterer to work out of.

After your event you have Sunday morning until 10 am to finish cleaning up.
