Is the barn climate controlled?

Yes. The downstairs is heated and air conditioned. The upstairs has limited heat. There is a heat pump upstairs to help keep it warm on early spring days or late fall days but it’s not warm enough to be comfortable on cold winter days. There is also a large exhaust fan upstairs and ceiling fans in the upstairs and in the outside covered area to help cool the barn on hot days.

Is the barn handicap accessible?

Yes. We are completely ADA compliant. We have 4 handicap, indoor bathrooms, two on each floor. We also have a wheel chair lift between the upstairs and the downstairs.

Are tables and chairs included?

Yes. We have 24 six foot round tables and 10 eight foot rectangle tables and 250 chairs that are included with your rental.

What is the price to rent the barn?

Please message us through Facebook messenger with what you want to rent the barn for and when you would like to rent it. We will then be able to give you a price. If you don’t have messenger, please email or call us.

How long do I get to use the barn for a wedding?

You get to use the barn and a four bedroom farmhouse for Friday, Saturday and Sunday morning.

Are dogs allowed to be in our wedding?

Yes. You are allowed to have your dog in the barn for your wedding day. We ask you don’t have your dog in the house.

Can we have both our wedding and reception at the barn?

Yes. We have multiple places for you to choose from for your ceremony and reception including a covered outside space.

Can I rent the barn for a birthday party or other event?

Yes. We book the barn on weeknights and on Sunday afternoons/evenings for smaller events.

Is alcohol permitted?

Yes. You are able to bring in your own alcohol as long as you have a certified or licensed bartender.

Can I use my own caterer, DJ, photographer etc?

Yes. You are only renting the space from us.  Anyone else you choose to bring in for your special event is up to your personal choice.

Do you have a food prep area for caterers to work out of?

Yes. We have a prep area that includes a sink, 3 refrigerators, a warming oven, an ice machine, a 3 bay sink, and a stainless steel work space.  The room is conveniently located that the caterer can back beside to load and unload.
